USS Student Service Marketing Plan
USS has a straightforward and professional marketing plan to respect our relationship with the housing department and their students. We rely heavily on the housing department, for student data and promotion as the preferred service provider.

How can we work closer to increase efficiencies and increase your commission?
School specific talking points
STORAGE
- Students register ($40), pack and simply leave their belongings in their room at move out
- USS will pick up after the student has left campus, send a photo of all belongings picked up and automatically charge the card on file
- USS will deliver inside the student’s on-campus room prior to move in or within 2 miles of campus for FREE
WATER
- Students can pick up any number of jugs each week, with the amount deducted from their overall total. If they exceed their allotted plan amount, they will be charged $15.00 per jug.
- 4 jug plan = 16 jugs per Semester, 5 jug plan = 20 jugs per Semester. Once the plan is exceeded, you will incur a $15.00 fee per jug picked up.
- Students can check out carts from the mailroom to avoid lines
- Students can pick up jugs from any location, regardless of their hall’s proximity to the truck.
