Laundry Service at University of Oklahoma
Our laundry service is designed for your convenience, operating on a weekly schedule with a straightforward drop-off and pick-up process for either ONE or TWO bags. Billing is conducted per semester. You can easily drop off and collect your laundry on Mondays and Thursdays. With our one bag option, your student can bring in a single bag of laundry (up to 20 lbs) each week and retrieve it two days later. If you opt for the two bag option, your student can drop off two bags (up to 40 lbs) weekly and pick them up two days later. The TWO bag option eliminates the hassle of separating colors and whites, allowing for a stress-free laundry experience!
Laundry Schedule
Laundry Services will resume on Thursday, January 22nd, and will be available every Monday and Thursday through Monday, May 11th.
Laundry Service will not run on the following days:
Monday, March 16th
Thursday, March 19th
Location: Couch Hall
- Dirty laundry is expected be dropped off between 11:00am – 12:30pm.
- Clean laundry is available for pick-up the following scheduled date between 12:30pm – 2:00pm.Â
- Forgotten laundry will remain locked away in a secure location on campus and you can pick it up on the next scheduled laundry date. If there is an emergency, please contact us

What Is the Refund Policy?
Laundry Refund Policy
- Laundry is 100% refundable when it is canceled prior to service start date.
- If cleanings have passed, the refund you receive is pro-rated and based on the time of cancelation.
- Laundry refunds are not issued and rescheduling is not available for any forfeited cleanings.

Where Do I Get My USS Laundry Bag?
Beginning on August 25th you can grab the required USS laundry bag from Couch Hall between 11am-2pm.
Is This a Semester or Yearly Charge?
This is a semester service, which means that it will auto renewed in January unless we are told otherwise.Â

What Happens if I Forget to Pick Up My Bag?
If any bag is inadvertently left behind, please note that it can only be retrieved on our scheduled days. We kindly ask that you return on the designated day to collect your laundry.

Do You Provide Dry Cleaning Services?
USS does not offer dry cleaning services or the option to select specific laundry detergents.
All items placed inside the bag are thoroughly laundered together with Tide detergent, utilizing cold water, and are dried collectively on a low tumble setting to ensure optimal care.
