Laundry Service at University of Arizona
Our laundry service is designed for your convenience, operating on a weekly schedule with a straightforward drop-off and pick-up process for either ONE or TWO bags. Billing is conducted per semester. You can easily drop off and collect your laundry on Mondays and Thursdays. With our one bag option, your student can bring in a single bag of laundry (up to 20 lbs) each week and retrieve it two days later. If you opt for the two bag option, your student can drop off two bags (up to 40 lbs) weekly and pick them up two days later.
The TWO bag option eliminates the hassle of separating colors and whites, allowing for a stress-free laundry experience! ⭐
Fall Semester Laundry Services will begin on Thursday, August 20th, 2026 and run every Monday and Thursday through Thursday, December 3rd, 2026.
Laundry Service will not run on the following days: Monday, September 7th or Thursday, November 26th.
Spring Laundry Services will begin on Thursday, January 7th, 2027 and run every Monday and Thursday through Thursday, April 3rd, 2027.
Laundry Service will not run on the following days: January 18th, March 8th , and March 11th

Laundry Refund Policy
- Laundry is 100% refundable when it is canceled prior to service start date.
- If cleanings have passed, the refund you receive is pro-rated and based on the time of cancelation.
- Laundry refunds are not issued and rescheduling is not available for any forfeited cleanings.

Ultra clean hypoallergenic liquid laundry detergent! This is the only brand we use, we do not do special requests.
The laundry bags can be picked up from one of the three locations below starting on August 20th!
- to save time, we recommend bringing your clothes in a bag, then swapping them over to your USS laundry bag to be able to drop off right then and there!

If any bag is inadvertently left behind, please note that it can only be retrieved on our scheduled days. We kindly ask that you return on the designated day to collect your laundry.
We clean all items using a cold wash and a low tumble dry setting. To prevent any color transfer, especially from new items, we advise against washing whites with colored fabrics, as new colors may bleed during their initial washes.
