Delivery & Pick-up Information

Upon check-out, you will be asked to provide your Fall University housing assignment. If you are unsure of this information at the time of ordering, please enter a “?” in the designated field. Rest assured, students do not need to be present for the delivery of this unit. We strive to deliver before student move-in, utilizing the assistance of University staff. Should the equipment not be in your room upon your move-in, please allow 7-10 business days after the main student move-in period concludes.
Pick-up Process:
The procedures will be sent to both the student’s email and the billing email provided during checkout. Should the student decide to leave the University before the conclusion of the academic school year, it is essential for them to inform us. This will allow us to arrange for the unit to be returned or to facilitate a transfer of responsibility to their roommate, thereby alleviating any potential liability.

What Is the Refund Policy?
Minifridge Refund Policy
Minifridge units can be refunded in full if a student cancels the order before the unit is delivered. Once the unit has been delivered, a partial refund is available if the cancellation occurs within two weeks of the student moving in, though a $40.00 pick-up fee will be deducted.

What Does the Additional Insurance Cover?
- Fridge Additional Insurance: $24.99
- This insurance covers all damages, broken parts, and missing items upon pick-up except a missing microwave plate.
- This coverage does not cover a dirty unit.
- This does not cover a missing unit
- Fridge Cleaning Service: $24.99
- Opt-in to avoid a possible $50.00 cleaning fee! Just unplug your MicroFridge® or Minifridge, take all of your personal items out and we will clean it upon pick-up at the end of your rental term!
Can I Split the Payment With a Roommate?
Please note that our policy does not permit split payments, as one individual must be responsible for the equipment.
When Do I Get the Initial Delivery of the Unit?
Students do not have to be present for the delivery of this unit. We attempt to deliver prior to student move-in with the help of University staff. If equipment is not in the room upon your move-in, allow 7-10 business days after main student move-in concludes.
Is This a Semester or Yearly Rental?
This is a yearly rental, which means that it will remain in your student’s possession for the entire academic year. It is important to note that if your student decides to leave or move rooms, it will be their responsibility to manage the rented unit accordingly. This means financial responsibility will follow the student/parent who ordered the rental.
