Laundry Service at Missouri State University

Our laundry service is designed for your convenience, operating on a weekly schedule with a straightforward drop-off and pick-up process for ONE bag. Billing is conducted per semester. You can easily drop off and collect your laundry on Mondays and Thursdays. With our one bag option, your student can bring in a single bag of laundry (up to 20 lbs) each week and retrieve it three days later.

Laundry Schedule

Laundry Services will begin on Monday, August 18th and run every Monday and Thursday through Thursday, December 4th.

Laundry Service will not run on the following days: Monday, September 1st & Monday, October 19th.

What Is the Refund Policy?

Laundry Refund Policy

Laundry is 100% refundable when it is canceled prior to service start date.
If cleanings have passed, the refund you receive is pro-rated and based on the time of cancelation.
Laundry refunds are not issued and rescheduling is not available for any forfeited cleanings.

Where Do I Get My USS Laundry Bag?

You can grab the required USS laundry bag from either of these locations.

Times: 1:00pm – 3:00pm

Is This a Semester or Yearly Charge?

This is a semester service, which means that it will auto renewed in January unless we are told otherwise.

What Happens if I Forget to Pick Up My Bag?

If any bag is inadvertently left behind, please note that it can only be retrieved on our scheduled days. We kindly ask that you return on the designated day to collect your laundry.
