Reserve your spot today for only $40 by selecting your preferred complimentary pick-up date and time. Please note that additional insurance is optional. If you choose to decline coverage over $100, simply select the “free” option.

Step 2: Schedule Your Storage Pick Up (Now After Checkout or Later!)

  • Book your appointment now after checkout! After completing your registration purchase, you will sent a text and email that will direct you to our scheduling tool to select your pick-up date and time.

            OR

  • If you are still finalizing some move-out plans, you can schedule your appointment at a later date. As summer approaches, we will send you reminders via text and email to schedule your pick-up date and time.

Dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Typically, pick-up times are a 4-hour window. Our staff will notify you when they are approximately 20 minutes away.

USS supplies boxes and tape as our main packing materials. Please note that our team is unable to assist with packing or wrapping items. If your student needs additional packing materials, such as bubble wrap, we suggest visiting a nearby UPS store or conveniently ordering through Amazon.

If you need additional boxes or tape, they will be available for purchase at the designated hand-out location listed in the drop-down above.

Step 4: Review Item Pricing & Determine Storage Cost

Pricing is determined on an individual item basis, with a minimum commitment of 4 months and you are free to store any quantity of items, with no restrictions on minimum or maximum limits. The total price for your storage will be based on the number of items you decide to store, and the charge will be processed to the card on file at the time of item pick-up.

  • Please note that items highlighted in red will incur an additional overweight fee of $100.00 if they exceed 50 pounds.
  • The sign-up fee of $40 is non-refundable and does not apply towards storage costs.

If you are needing to change your date, please email us at info@uandss.com. Dates are first come first serve, we cannot guarantee the date you want will be available. Once dates have reached capacity, we cannot alter it.

How to Pack

No, you do not. You can utilize your personal duffel bags, suitcases or bins if you’d like. Please just be mindful of the items that have a weight limit of 50lbs (can be viewed above) to avoid being charged a $100.00 overweight fee.

It is essential for someone to be available for the pick-up. If you are unable to be there, you may designate a friend, roommate, Resident Assistant, or landlord to assist. You will be prompted to provide the pick-up contact information during checkout.

Scheduling a specific time within the chosen time frame is not an option.

The total price for your storage will be based on the number of items you decide to store, and the charge will be processed to the card on file at the time of item pick-up.

Example: If you stored 5 boxes under 50lbs, your storage cost would be $320.00 for the Summer for the 5 items.

During the checkout process, you will have the option to specify your anticipated return timeframe. This amount will be billed by September 1st for the extension of your storage.

To calculate the cost, please take your Summer Storage cost x2 since you are storing for 2 sessions.

You can store items that don’t fit into a box. Just a quick heads-up: any item stored outside of a box will be counted as a separate item for billing. Feel free to check out the per-item pricing above. If you have any low-cost items, we’re happy to chat about whether it makes sense to store them or not!

A helpful guideline we often share with students and parents is to assess the weight of an item before scooting or lifting it. If it seems heavy, our team will certainly note it during pickup to be properly weighed at our facility. Please be aware that if the box exceeds 50lbs, an additional fee of $100 will apply.

Helpful tip: It is cheaper to store 2 boxes vs. 1 box that is overweight!
