Add this registration to your cart then proceed to step 2-4 to review the process. The registration fee of $40.00 is mandatory and non-refundable. It is important to note that this fee does not apply towards storage costs.

2. Schedule Pick-up

If you are ready to arrange your pick-up date, add the registration to your cart and proceed to the cart page. You will then be directed to click on the scheduling page for your convenience. If you prefer to finalize your check-out without scheduling your pick-up just yet, you may do so and skip the scheduling page. We will send you a reminder as the date approaches! Please note that dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Pick-up Supplies + Pack

Included in your packing supplies kit is 5 sturdy, USS branded, double-walled boxes measuring 18x18x24 inches, along with a roll of packing tape.

Where Do I Pick Up Supplies?

If you need additional boxes or tape, they will be available for purchase at the designated hand-out location.

Supply Kit Pick-up Dates:

June 3rd through June 6th (9am-3pm)

June 9th (9am-3pm)

June 10th through June 13th (11am-5pm)

June 14th (8am-12pm)

Tent Location:

June 3rd through June 6th and June 9th – Truck outside of Millenium Hall

June 10th-June 14th – setup inside of Millenium Hall

4. Review Pricing Details

The registration fee of $40.00 is mandatory and non-refundable. Please be aware that this fee does not contribute towards storage costs. Storage pricing is calculated on a per item basis, with a minimum commitment of 4 months. Please note that any storage duration of less than 4 months will still incur a charge equivalent to 4 months. Students have the flexibility to store any number/combination of items, with no limitations on minimum or maximum quantities.
