➥ If you do not know where you are residing, you can select any residence hall/property and put “?” when it asks for your room number. Just remember that you MUST update us with the information!
➥ If you move rooms or leave campus anytime through the academic year, you MUST make us aware on your new placement or if you are needing to cancel your account. Please DO NOT leave your equipment unattended.
➥ Any account changes (increasing your deliveries, moving rooms, skipping a delivery, etc.) must be made at least 3 business days before your next schedule date to ensure the account can be updated accordingly.
How it works!
No deposit or monthly fees, this is a per semester fee! We offer multiple options ranging from 3-5 jugs delivered each month to your students’ location!

➥ We attempt to deliver prior to student move-in. If equipment is not in the room upon move-in, allow 7-10 business days after student move-in concludes.
➥ We understand room changes happen, but we will deliver to the location you provide us. Please make sure it is accurate information from your housing portal!
