➥ If you move rooms or leave campus anytime through the academic year, you MUST make us aware on your new placement or if you are needing to cancel your account. Please DO NOT leave your equipment unattended.
➥ Any account changes (increasing your deliveries, moving rooms, skipping a delivery, etc.) must be made at least 3 business days before your next schedule date to ensure the account can be updated accordingly.

➥ Clean laundry is available for pick-up the following date between 4pm-6pm. *If you go to pick-up your clean laundry prior to 4pm, it will not be available.*

SUMMER STORAGE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE YEAR.
REGISTER AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3!
1) Take a look at our Storage information sheet and our per item pricing page!
Go over our Storage insurance options: Each order automatically comes with $100 of coverage.
$19.95 for $1,000 of coverage. | $39.90 for $2,000 of coverage. | $59.85 for $3,000 of coverage. |
2) Scroll down and select the date for USS to pick up your items from your current location. You will have the option of choosing between two time frames (8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm) and then you will pay a $35.00 registration fee. For pick-up, someone must be present! You will not need to register each item you intend to store; USS will determine this when we pick up the items and you will be given a receipt via email. Don’t forget to confirm if you need packing supplies!
3) Wait for a confirmation e-mail that includes an informational sheet, a pricing summary, and a link to see where your student may pick up their packing goods before their planned pick-up date!
FALL RETURN:
Items will be safe and secure in a local climate-controlled warehouse for the summer, and we will reach out mid-summer for return information!

➥ Living off campus next year: Free delivery within 2 miles of campus, look for delivery schedule availability over the summer

Imagine the relief you will experience when your items are already in your room when you arrive. No more worrying about scheduling the delivery of your items days later- now you can ensure your student is totally moved in when you leave.
Orders with incomplete housing information are not guaranteed to be in the room prior to move-in
How it Works: 1. Pack your boxes, suitcases, or duffle bags. Then, place our USS warehouse identification label(s) AND your shipping label(s) on each item. 2. If you don’t want to go into a shipping center directly, you can conveniently register for shipping labels online at FedEx HERE, UPS HERE, or US Postal Service HERE. Our USS Warehouse ID labels are released via email starting on 7/12/22. ➥ All boxes must have both our USS warehouse identification labels AND FedEx, UPS, or USPS shipping labels. If boxes arrive to our warehouse without the USS warehouse ID labels, you run the risk of your boxes being lost or returned to sender. ➥*all packages shipped through this program must be under 50lbs* 3. Ship your boxes prior to our deadline. ↓ 4. Once your package(s) are delivered into your room, we will send you a delivery receipt via PDF to your student and billing email on file. USS and Dormify Exclusive Partnership!
By ordering on our website, you are ordering the delivery service into your room prior to move-in. You will order your product(s) directly from Dormify and use our shipping address provided after you place an order. DO NOT put your residence hall information for delivery.Orders with incomplete housing information are not guaranteed to be in the room prior to move-in
Step 1: Add “Dormify x USS Ship-to, $49.00” to your cart and proceed with the check out process through our website. *It’s $49.00 per order, not per package Step 2: Wait for an email from USS that will have the shipping address needed for your Dormify order. Step 3: Create your order on Dormify’s website. *If you create one order on Dormify’s website, but need to create another for any reason, you DO NOT need to replace an order with USS. Please use the same shipping address listed in your USS info email. Step 4: Once we receive your Dormify packages, we will email a PDF inventory ticket showing each tracking number. Step 5: USS will deliver your Dormify packages directly to your room and once they are delivered, a confirmation email will be sent! Move-in, unpack and enjoy your year!
