Are You Returning On-Campus?

• Any student living on-campus in the Fall DO NOT have to schedule a delivery. This will be coordinated with your University.
• If you submit a delivery and live on campus, your booking will automatically be canceled.
• Once items have been delivered, you will receive an email.

Are You Returning Off-Campus? 

• Delivery is free if you reside within a 2-mile radius from the University.
  • Excluding Northeastern – This radius is 1-mile.
• Greek Life Students must schedule a date
• Please provide a point of contact’s phone number in case you are unavailable to accept delivery.
• Choose your desired delivery date and time frame, our drivers will contact you prior to their arrival. Ensure you are prepared during the specified time frame!
• Keep your phone on loud and answer unknown calls to avoid a $35.00 reroute/truck-delay fee for missed attempts.
