Experience the convenience of having water readily available at your fingertips! Available for on and off campus students at Arizona State! This product includes a water cooler tower and delivery of 5-gallon jugs once a month for a total of four months, covering the Fall or Spring semesters.

Accepting the terms and conditions at checkout indicates to USS that you consent for any *applicable* fees not specifically covered by the insurance to be charged to the card on file automatically.
We will contact you personally if there are any problems with the card on file.
If your order is placed before or by July 25th, 2026 your water cooler and jugs will be delivered inside of your room prior to your arrival.
Any order placed after July 25th, 2026 can expect delivery within 7-10 business days after move-in has concluded.
Cooler + Water Jug Delivery Plans:
- All Water Cooler + Jug Delivery plans are entitled to a full refund prior to the install.
- If we are contacted after the equipment has been installed, there is a $40.00 pick-up fee deducted from your refund.
- No refunds or adjustments for water delivery reductions
- Unused jugs that have already been delivered are not refundable.
Water Jug Only Delivery Plans:
- Refunds are solely dependent on the time of cancelation. Once cancelation is requested, our customer care team will notify you of the refund amount.
- Unused jugs that have already been delivered are not refundable.
The optional $9.99 insurance covers any damages to the cooler while in your students possession. It also covers any theft of up to (2) jugs. While theft is not a common issue we face, it does cover the replacement jugs should this occur.
Please note that our policy does not permit split payments, as one individual must be responsible for the equipment.
Water is delivered once a month on a pre-scheduled day.
