Ship to Home Service at Northwestern University
Upon move-out, you can ship some items home along with storing some items. $15 handling fee includes the 12x12x18 shipping box (supply only) and transportation to the shipping carrier.
- Pick up the specific Ship-To-Home boxes at the Box Tent
- Pack your items for shipping
- Get your shipping labels by registering with the designated shipping carrier (FED-EX)
- All boxes must have pre-paid shipping labels prior to pick-up/drop-off of the boxes. We will not transport any unlabeled boxes to the carrier. Â
I Have A Summer Storage Order
If you are registered with our summer storage program, we will pick up your labeled, ready-to-ship boxes along with your storage items!
I Do Not Have A Summer Storage Order
If you are needing shipping services only and o not need storage, you are not eligible for a pick-up date and time for these boxes. You will be required t bring your packages to the box tent on campus.

I Am Registered for Summer Storage, Can You Pick the Boxes up at the Same Time?
Yes, we will! Please make sure any ship to home box is properly labeled with a UPS shipping label.
