This product includes conveniently delivered 5 gallon water jugs along with a cooler rental service for the Fall semester. Each account is auto renewed the following January for the Spring semester, unless opted out.
Monthly Delivery Schedule
Please make sure any empty jugs is placed out in front of your room the morning of by 7am. Our team is on campus from 7am-6pm making deliveries.
Should you encounter any problems with your delivery, please reach out to our office within 5 business days of the delivery date.

Are There Any Other Fees Related to This Service?

Accepting the terms and conditions at checkout indicates to USS that you consent for any *applicable* fees not specifically covered by the insurance to be charged to the card on file automatically.Â
We will contact you personally if there are any problems with the card on file.
When Do I Get the Initial Delivery of the Cooler & Jugs?
We attempt to deliver prior to campus move-in. If equipment is not in the room upon move-in, allow 7-10 business days after campus move-in concludes on August 21st, 2025.
Any order placed on or after August 21st, 2025 can expect delivery within 7-10 business days.
What Is the Refund Policy?
Cooler + Water Jug Delivery Plans:
- All Water Cooler + Jug Delivery plans are entitled to a full refund prior to the install.
- If we are contacted after the equipment has been installed, there is a $40.00 pick-up fee deducted from your refund.
- No refunds or adjustments for water delivery reductions
- Unused jugs that have already been delivered are not refundable.
Water Jug Only Delivery Plans:
- Refunds are solely dependent on the time of cancelation. Once cancelation is requested, our customer care team will notify you of the refund amount.
- Unused jugs that have already been delivered are not refundable.
What Does the Additional Insurance Cover?
The optional $9.95 insurance covers any damages to the cooler while in your students possession. It also covers any theft of up to (2) jugs. While theft is not a common issue we face, it does cover the replacement jugs should this occur.Â
Can I Split the Payment With a Roommate?
Please note that our policy does not permit split payments, as one individual must be responsible for the equipment.
Can I Adjust My Water Plan?
Yes, you can adjust your plan by emailing info@uandss.com.
These plans are based by semester, so if you need to adjust your plan you can adjust it once a semester.
We do not offer any plans lower than 3 jugs a month.Â
How Often Is the Water Delivered?
Water is delivered once a month on a pre-scheduled day.
