Water Service – Spring ’23 Semester

You get one ENERGY STAR® water cooler and bottled water each month. Available to both on-campus and off-campus students!

Protection Plan ($9.95) covers damage to the water cooler and lost/stolen jugs.

Water Delivery Schedule:

If you do not know where you are residing, you can select any residence hall/property and put “?” when it asks for your room number. Just remember that you MUST update us with the information!
➥ If you move rooms or leave campus anytime through the academic year, you MUST make us aware on your new placement or if you are needing to cancel your account. Please DO NOT leave your equipment unattended.
➥ Any account changes (increasing your deliveries, moving rooms, skipping a delivery, etc.) must be made at least 3 business days before your next schedule date to ensure the account can be updated accordingly.

➥ Orders placed prior to August 22nd, 2022 – We will always attempt to deliver equipment prior to student move-in. If equipment is not in the room upon move-in, allow up to 7-10 business days after student move-in concludes. Main student move-in for Arizona State is August 13th – 15th. 

➥ Orders placed after to August 22nd, 2022 – Due to surplus of orders this academic year, initial delivery of the equipment will now take up to 10-16 business days to be delivered. 

➥ We understand room changes happen, but we will deliver to the location you provide us. Please make sure it is accurate information from your housing portal!

Water Truck Schedule

How it works!

  • No deposit or monthly fees, this is a per semester fee!
  • Students pick-up their 3gal jugs from the water truck on campus. Per university restriction, we do not deliver water to student rooms.
  • Compact water coolers dispense both cold + hot water. Fill your reusable water bottle and make ramen for dinner! Coolers will be either white or black, we cannot guarantee a color.

Students are not locked in to pick-up their “monthly” plan amount. They can pick up as many or as little as 1 jug each week. If the student picks up their allotted plan amount before the Semester ends, they can still pick-up jugs from the water truck and the card on file will be charged $15 per jug.

4 jug plan = 16 jugs per semester 5 jug plan = 20 jugs per semester
  • Empty jugs MUST be returned in order to pick up a full jug
  • Unused jugs are NONREFUNDABLE
  • The unit only dispenses cold and hot water.
  • We attempt to deliver prior to student move-in. If equipment is not in the room upon move-in, students are required to pick-up their cooler from the truck on campus.
  • Please email info@uandss.com if you are needing to cancel your service. If you cancel mid-year, the equipment will need returned to our truck.
  • If students move rooms in the middle of the Academic Year or Semester, they are responsible for moving the equipment along with their personal items and updating our office of their new placement. You cannot move the equipment off-campus.
