Ship-To-Your-Room Service

Make move-in simple– ship your belongings ahead of time! Available to all students living in residential housing.

You ship boxes within the shipping window, to our climate-controlled warehouse near campus. We will store it, transport it to campus and then place it in your room where it will be waiting for you.

The $49 fee is per box and does not include the shipping cost

  1. Pack your boxes/suit cases/duffle bags and place our warehouse identification labels on them. *all packages have a 50lb weight limit* Our labels are sent via email within 24hrs of placing an order. We will not release our labels if we are missing room information!
  2. If you don’t want to go into a shipping center directly, you can conveniently pay for shipping labels online! FedEx HERE, UPS HERE, US Postal Service HERE. (US Postal NOT recommended in Chicago area.) All boxes must have both our warehouse identification labels and shipping labels. If boxes arrive to our warehouse without the warehouse ID labels, you run the risk of your boxes being lost or returned to sender.
  3. Ship your boxes prior to our deadline. You can find the deadline and recommended shipping window on the front page of your university under the “Ship-To-Room” tab. We will also send you this info via email after placing your order. Please ensure to check your junk/spam folder as these are automatically system generated!
  4. Once your package(s) are delivered into your room, we will send you a delivery receipt via PDF to your student and billing email on file.
  5. Move-in, unpack and enjoy the Semester!

Orders with incomplete housing information are not guaranteed to be in the room prior to move-in

We do not provide the shipping box. Items are not required to be in boxes as long as it is shippable and under 50lbs. Ex: You can ship suite cases, duffle bags, etc.

You do not need to know the number of boxes you are sending ahead of time. Our warehouse identification labels are generic. You may print these as many times as you need.

We will charge according to the total number of boxes you send. Ex: If you register for 2 boxes and we receive 5, you will be charged for the additional 3.

If we do not receive any boxes from you, we will provide a full refund after the deadline.

Overweight packages are subject to a $75 overweight fee
