➥ If you do not know where you are residing, you can select any residence hall/property and put “?” when it asks for your room number. Just remember that you MUST update us with the information!
➥ If you move rooms or leave campus anytime through the academic year, you MUST make us aware on your new placement or if you are needing to cancel your account. Please DO NOT leave your equipment unattended. 
➥ Any account changes (increasing your deliveries, moving rooms, skipping a delivery, etc.) must be made at least 3 business days before your next schedule date to ensure the account can be updated accordingly.

How it works!

4. USS will deliver the unit directly to your room!

➥ We attempt to deliver prior to student move-in. If equipment is not in the room upon move-in, allow 7-10 business days after student move-in concludes. ➥ We understand room changes happen, but we will deliver to the location you provide us. Please make sure it is accurate information from your housing portal! ➥ If you move rooms, you must move the unit with you and update us on where your new location is!

• MicroFridge®’s are 100% refundable when a student cancels before the unit is delivered.
• After the unit is delivered, a partial refund is given ($40 pick-up fee deduction) if canceled within 2 weeks of the student moving in.
• MicroFridge®’s are *nonrefundable*when a student has had the unit in their possession for 2 weeks or longer.

Where are the Pick-up & Drop-off Locations?

• Arbol De La Vida, Graham-Greenlee, or Manzanita-Mohave front desk(s)
• Laundry is a weekly service. Drop-off and Pick-ups will be on Monday and Thursday. Please view our schedule to ensure we are still operating if there is a Holiday or Campus closure!
• You can pick-up and drop-off between 4pm-6pm

  ➥ Dirty laundry should be dropped off between 4pm-6pm. 

  ➥ Clean laundry is available for pick-up the following date between 4pm-6pm. *If you go to pick-up your clean laundry prior to 4pm, it will not be available.*

• Your 20lb USS laundry bag can be picked up at 1 of the 3 locations listed above between 4pm-6pm on Monday or Thursday.

How Often Can I Drop-off?

• Each Student can drop-off once a week and pick up once a week, no exceptions.

How Do You Clean My Items?

• USS assumes all items in your bag can be washed on cold and tumbled dried together. We do not separate your items.
• Do not place dry cleaning items inside of your bag
• Special cleaning requests will not be accepted.

What Happens If I Forget to Pick up My Laundry?

• Forgotten laundry will remain in USS’s possession until the next pick-up date if it is not picked up during the proper time. There is not another location to grab the laundry!

SUMMER STORAGE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE YEAR.

REGISTER AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3!

1) Take a look at our Storage information sheet and our per item pricing page!

Go over our Storage insurance options: Each order automatically comes with $100 of coverage.

2) Scroll down and select the date for USS to pick up your items from your current location. You will have the option of choosing between two time frames (8am-12pm or  1pm-5pm) and then you will pay a $35.00 registration fee. For pick-up, someone must be present! You will not need to register each item you intend to store; USS will determine this when we pick up the items and you will be given a receipt via email. Don’t forget to confirm if you need packing supplies!

3) Wait for a confirmation e-mail that includes an informational sheet, a pricing summary, and a link to see where your student may pick up their packing goods before their planned pick-up date!

FALL RETURN:

Items will be safe and secure in a local climate-controlled warehouse for the summer, and we will reach out mid-summer for return information!

➥ Living on campus next year: Free delivery inside your room before you move in (we coordinate with the university prior to general move-in)

➥ Living off campus next year: Free delivery within 2 miles of campus, look for delivery schedule availability over the summer

Imagine the relief you will experience when your items are already in your room when you arrive. No more worrying about scheduling the delivery of your items days later- now you can ensure your student is totally moved in when you leave.

Orders with incomplete housing information are not guaranteed to be in the room prior to move-in

• You do not need to know the number of boxes you are sending ahead of time! Our USS warehouse identification labels are generic. You may print these as many times as you need. 
• We will charge according to the total number of boxes you send. Ex: If you register for 1 box and we receive 5, you will be charged for the additional 4.
• If we do not receive any boxes from you, we will provide a full refund after the deadline. 
• Off-campus apartments/Houses ARE NOT eligible for the program. 
• Boxes from 3rd party vendors such as, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Walmart, Amazon, etc. will not be accepted! *The reason being is boxes MUST have our USS warehouse identification labels. Large companies such as these will not put our labels on the boxes being shipped.
• USS is not responsible for any damage due to packing and shipping. You can add insurance to your packages through the selected carrier
• We recommend shipping in boxes no larger than 18x18x18 and using heavy-duty, double-layered boxes
• Remember, you can ship it to us up to 2 weeks in advance to ensure we get it on time for placement into the room

• USS is NOT responsible for any damage done during transit.  
• Caution: If we do not receive your Dormify packages by the above date, you run the risk of your items being rejected and returned to sender.
